The location was good - ease of access to Le Palais el Mansour.

The hotel had all the vibes we were looking for. They had a sick pool party every day, with awesome DJ sets and dope music. We also went to their epic rooftop bar where we enjoyed some sick views of the city while sipping on tasty mocktails. The hotel was hella close to the main street, so it was easy to grab a taxi and hit up the city for some lit nights out. No dull moments here, it was the perfect place for young party-goers like us!
The only thing we wished for was a nightclub or a party scene within the hotel premises. It would have been dope to have a place where we could dance and party all night without having to leave the hotel.

Favourable location, the hotel was clean.
You guys made my stay real good. The hotel was lovely, and I enjoyed it. Location: the venue was not far from gardens and swimming pools as well as the centrum. A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like Veranda that was only 10 minutes' walk away. I had a warm welcome, really good staff.

I recently stayed at Zaki Suites Hotel & Spa for a business trip and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The staff, especially doorman Idriss, were incredibly helpful in finding a mechanic who repaired my car at a reasonable price on a Sunday. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning worked incredibly well. The bathroom was the highlight, with great amenities and cleanliness. The pool, night club, and parking facilities were also noteworthy. The room service staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs.
I can recommend this hotel.

I absolutely loved the meals in the restaurant. The Bab Mansour Gate and Dar El Makhzen Palace were a delight to visit. The 3 outdoor swimming pools and nightclub were perfect for some fun. The gardens added a lovely touch to the natural setting. The complimentary wireless Internet access was a great bonus. And let's not forget the hair salon, always a must!
Oh, the joy of missing bathroom door locking mechanisms and unreliable internet. Such charming quirks!

Cozy bed in a double room, along with central heating, a safe, and a TV with many channels. Don't forget about the bidet in the bathroom! the location is super convenient, not far from the restaurant, the center, and the old town 🏨.

I chose this hotel for attending a congregation as it provided 5 meeting rooms for events. The facilities were well-equipped and provided a comfortable space for our meetings.
I would have appreciated having a dedicated business center or a quiet workspace within the hotel where I could work on important documents and make business calls.

I had an excellent experience at a hotel in Morocco. The hotel had clean swimming pools, nice restaurants, and the rooms were beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The staff, especially Amin, Mariam, Nabil, and the manager. The hotel owner was also a true gentleman. A big thank you to the entire team at Hotel Zaki for making my trip nice.

The room comfort and very nice air conditioning were great. The room service staff were amazing and were pretty good. The hotel's art collection was amazing, showcasing both old and new Moroccan artwork. The security at the hotel was excellent. The staff, including the manager, were lovely and cute. The pool and food were enjoyable.
Nothing to fault.
